Global Maritime Solutions Moves to New Office

Sustained dynamic growth has prompted market leader in marine accommodation and engineering services Global Maritime Solutions move into a new waterfront facility in Port Vermillion, Louisiana.
The move comes just two years after the Aberdeen-headquartered company launched its first operation in the US and cements their growing presence as a key player in the international offshore oil and gas industry. The 10-acre center in Abbeville has been established to boost opportunities for GMS across the United States and beyond. A larger operations base, the new facility will be home to 85 staff. It includes a 12,000sq ft production shop, 14,000sq ft warehouse and almost 3,700sq ft of office space to allow C&M to increase their service provision.
"With our continuing aggressive market growth, Global Maritime's move to larger facilities will provide the opportunity to meet the accommodation and building needs of the offshore and marine market from small control buildings to large single lift multi-story accommodations. Patrick Granger, President of Global Maritime Solutions, LLC, said. "This move represents a commitment to expand our business worldwide and to enhance support for our growing customer base across the United States."
